Linda Perry, PT, Thorp Institute Training Director
Linda graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Masters of Physical Therapy in 1991. She has worked in a variety of settings, from hospital/acute care setting to outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and home health. Linda found her niche in the home health setting with geriatric patients.
While doing clinical care she also worked part time as a contractor with a private business, conducting workers compensation management and safety compliance. In 1991, she became primarily involved in the private business of OSHA compliance, workers compensation, and ergonomics while doing part-time physical therapy work at nursing homes.
In 1994, Linda attended the Thorp Institute of Integrated Medicine training for the use of the Acuscope and Myopulse. By 1995 Linda had become TI’s lead trainer for the Technician Training courses, which consist of medical personnel and private consumers with prescriptions from their doctor for home use.
Linda continues to focus her continuing education on electro-therapy and industrial rehabilitation with the vision of bringing both worlds together to offer a non-invasive effective treatment in the rehabilitation industry, to return employees to work sooner, and to contain medical costs. Omita Cooper, MS
Omita Cooper provides one-on-one, personalized yoga therapy, to help clients with various medical conditions, or for a general sense of well-being. She uses Hatha Yoga, which includes postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation. During the first visit, Omita performs a health assessment. She then develops a plan that is customized, specifically for the client. Some of the medical conditions that are helped using yoga therapy include Hypertension, Diabetes, Depression and Anxiety, Cancer, Headaches, Musculoskeletal Pain, Obesity, Arthritis, and various Addictions.
Omita Cooper has a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Kasturba Medical College, in Manipal, India. Her studies consisted of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Yogic Philosophy, Ayurveda, and various yogic practices. She also maintained a client base within the hospital, where yoga was used to work with patients suffering from various medical conditions.

Wellness Coach and Certified RMT (Reiki Master Teacher) practices traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho which works with the body’s bio-energetic field to establish emotional, mental and physical balance. Reiki, a form of Energy Medicine, uses Laying on of Hands to break blocked or negative energy and restore a positive energetic flow to the cells within the body. In 2005, Terry was first introduced to Energy Medicine while undergoing her own battle with cancer and received Reiki as a complementary therapy to chemo and radiation. As Reiki continued to play a major role in her recovery from cancer treatment, she found it brought her profound healing of the body, mind and soul. It was through this shift that she began her Master’s journey in the healing art of Reiki. Terry has extensive experience working with cancer patients and the challenges they face while in treatment and recovery. She volunteers her Reiki services at the Caring Place, facilitates The Breast Cancer Support Group for The Barbara Greenspun Woman’sCare Center, is founder of ACT-After Cancer Treatment Women’s Social Group and coaches the Pink Paddlers Women’s Breast Cancer Dragon Boat Team. Beyond her community advocacy, Terry also works at a national level as a Consumer Reviewer for the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program (CDMRP), which promotes and funds innovative research for breast cancer through the Department of Defense. Terry is passionate in helping cancer survivors find balance and internal healing through education, vibrational awareness and self-realization. She offers Wellness Coaching, Spiritual Counseling, Cancer Recovery Coaching, Reiki, Guided Imagery and Guided Meditation.

Dr. Hazziez, is a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College - Kansas City Missouri 2004. She is board certified by the N.B.C.E. and currently licensed in Nevada, Oklahoma, and Georgia. Dr. Hazziez has been a practicing Chiropractic Physician for 7 years, specializing in pain management and pediatric care. Other experience includes: Acute Care, Long Term Care, Family Care, Geriatrics and Sports Rehab.
Post-graduate education includes spinal and trauma biomechanics and manipulation under anesthesia. Techniques used by Dr. Hazziez include but are not limited to "The Webster Technique" for neo-natal care, Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Activator, S.O.T. & B.E.S.T.
